  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Brown and drain sausage, then sit it aside to cool.
  3. Heat spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, and cinnamon in a sauce pan until warm.
  4. Boil shells as directed on the box
  5. While shells are cooking, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, and parmesan cheese by hand.
  6. Once shells are cooked, drained, and cooled, stuff with the sausage mixture.
  7. Place stuffed shells in a baking dish and top with spaghetti sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese and bake for 20 minutes.
