  1. 1. marinade the steak for half an hour in salt,pepper and chopped osemarry.
  2. 2 heat a griddled pan or griller
  3. 3. add about 1 tbsp olive oil and spread mustard sauce on the hot pan or griller
  4. 4. grill the steak on both side untill it is half cooked
  5. 5. in a sauce pan add cream,lemon juice,salt,green peppercorn,and bring to boil
  6. 6. when it started to boil add sliced olives and peprika
  7. 7. serve the cream sauce over the steak with green salad and lemon wedges.
