  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat Earth Balance and sugar until fluffy
  3. Add soy yogurt, lemon zest, juice, vanilla and beat again
  4. In a separate bowl, sift together Baking powder, baking soda, salt, & flour.
  5. Add dry ingrediants to wet in two batches, until just mixed
  6. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Baking for 10-12 minutes until edges are light browned
  8. Cool on cookiie sheet for 1 minute then move to a cooling rack
  9. Sift powdered sugar onto completely cooled cookies
