  1. PREPARE MEATBALLS:
  2. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND FORM INTO SMALL BALLS
  3. SHOULD GET 12 OR SO DEPENDING ON SIZE
  4. FRY MEATBALLS IN HOT SKILLET DRIZZLED WITH OLIVE OIL
  5. REMOVE WHEN TOTALLY BROWNED ON ALL SIDES.
  6. IN SAME SKILLET, POUR WINE, CHICKEN BROTH AND LEMON JUICE, COOK UNTIL REDUCED BY HALF.
  7. POUR SAUCE OVER MEATBALLS AND TOP WITH GRAPES, OLIVES AND FETA, SPRINKLE WITH HERBS, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
