  1. 1. In a pan, pour in some oil and fry the onions for a minute
  2. 2. Then add the Ginger and Garlic paste and keep frying until the onions are light brown
  3. 3. Now add the chicken and just 1/2 tsp of Pepper and Salt and allow to cook untill all the water that comes out from the chicken dries out and the oil comes out.
  4. 4. Now add the remaining pepper as you need.
  5. 5. Garnish with Cilantro
  6. 6. Can be served with Rice and Roti
