  1. 1. In a pan cook Rice with 2 cups of milk untill rice is soft and cooked.
  2. 2. Once the rice is cooked mash the rice with a spatula or a blender until it is smooth
  3. 3. To this add 2 more cups of milk and cook for 10 more minutes
  4. 4. To this add 2 cups of sugar and mix well
  5. 5. Slowly mix in 1 cup of Ghee, keep on stove and keep stiring until the pudding does not stick to the sides of the pan (for 5 minutes)
  6. 6. Garnish with Chopped nuts and serve warm.
