Ranch Chicken Strips

"This is awesome if you have leftover italian breadcrumbs and want to use them. Puts a new meaning to "chicken strips". This recipe is quick, easy and great after a long day's work. Goes well with fries, a salad or any side vegetable."

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Mix herbs and crumb coating in shallow dish.
  3. Pour ranch dressing into a bowl, dip chicken strips into dressing, then roll in crumb coating.
  4. Place on greased baking sheet, bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Crumbled cheese crackers may be added to the crumb coating for a different flavor.
