  1. Soak porcini in warm water for 30 minutes
  2. Drain mushrooms, reserving water, and chop porcini
  3. Place an oven-proof pan on the stove and heat oil
  4. Saute chopped onions and garlic
  5. Add salt and pepper, nutmeg, and ground nuts
  6. Cook over medium heat for a few minutes and then add mushrooms, mushroom liquid, and bay leaf.
  7. Continue cooking and stirring for 5-10 more minutes until the sauce darkens.
  8. Dredge the fish fillets in flour, add to the pan and cover with sauce.
  9. Place pan in preheated oven at 350F degrees for 20 minutes or until done. You can test with a fork, the meat should flake easily.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve
