  1. Stir all dry ingredients together well (except extra flour)
  2. Make a cavity in the center of the flour mix
  3. Slowly stir in warm water
  4. Knead until a soft dough ball forms
  5. Place on floured surface
  6. Knead about 3 minutes
  7. Cover with bowl or container
  8. Rest for 15 or 20 minutes
  9. Knead dough until smooth and stretchy
  10. Cut into 10 pieces
  11. Form each piece into a ball
  12. Store on floured surface
  13. Cover the balls with a very moist cloth
  14. Rest another half hour, you deserve it
  15. Roll each ball into an 8 inch circle
  16. Stack circles, separated with dry cloths
  17. Cook circles on hot iron griddle or skillet
  18. Cook each side until small sacs form and color is golden
  19. Stack, separated with dry cloths
  20. Eat immediately or
  21. Allow to dry, will keep several days
  22. To use, wrap in very moist cloth a half hour
