  1. heat skillet on stove over med.-high heat/dice pepper + onion
  2. put cookie-cutter in center of skillet/mist inner area w/Pam
  3. stir peppers + onion into egg subtitiute,pour inside cutter
  4. cook egg mixture until firm on bottom/a little rinny on top
  5. remove cookie cutter/flip egg round over/cook 1-2 mins. more
  6. microwave bacon strips(as per package instructions)
  7. when egg round is done, remove from stove/place on Eng.Muff.
  8. place the cheese on top of the egg and let it melt
  9. assemble sandwich as follows-
  10. order:bottom1/2 of muff.,egg,cheese,bacon,salsa,top of Muff.
