Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on paper towels to drain grease. Crumble bacon and set aside.
Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Rinse zucchini and cut into 1/8 inch rounds.
In a medium sized bowl, beat egg.
Pour seasoned floor into a large bowl.
Dip zucchini slices in egg and then into seasoned breading.
Place breaded zucchini slices into skillet and fry until golden brown.
Place zucchini slices on paper towels to drain grease.
Then place zucchini on a large non-stick cookie sheet. Spread spaghetti sauce evenly across each slice of zucchini. Sprinkle each slice of zucchini with cheese and bacon and bake in preheated oven until cheese is hot and bubbly.
