  1. Clean and cook your shellfish for about 10 minutes. In a separate pot, cook the pasta following the packet's instructions
  2. Drain the pasta and remove from the pot the shellfish.
  3. Put the tomatoes, basil leaves, and garlic cloves in the blender. Heat olive oil in a pan and quickly put in the sauce.
  4. Let it heat for a few seconds, then add the shellfish and pasta, sauté it for about a minute, then serve immediately.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese on top and serve while hot.
