"Traditional coffee cake with a cream cheese and rose filling with a slight cinnamon swirl. Amazing!!"

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Spray a bundt pan with pan coating(PAM)
  3. Prepare filling. Set aside.
  4. Prepare cake as follows
  5. Mix butter, margarine or shortening with sugar till light and fluffy
  6. add eggs i at a time beat well after each
  7. add vanilla
  8. Mix together dry ingredients and add alternately with the sour cream till well blended.
  9. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan
  10. Spoon the filling mixture to within 1/2" of the edge of batter
  11. top filling mix with rose petal jam
  12. pour remaining batter over
  13. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over top
  14. Bake for 40-45 min.
  15. Cool 10 minutes in pan Turn out on rack cool completely
  16. Dust with powdered sugar
