  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper (it is very important to use parchment paper because if not, they will stick to the cookie sheets!).
  3. Using an electric mixer, beat the egg whites for at least 5 minutes on medium speed (they need to be very fluffy).
  4. Stir in the Splenda, salt and vanilla.
  5. Blend the coconut with the Corn Flakes and add to the egg white mixture.
  6. Drop by spoonful onto the parchment paper leaving some space between each.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
