"This is a great, easy dish to whip up for a group of hungry breakfasters. Whenever there was an extra croud for breakfast my Mom whipped this up with ease and then watched it dissapear as fast as it came out of the oven. This recipe is an easy to prepare crowd pleser!"

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 C). Prepare a baking dish with cooking spray. Preheat the baking dish in the oven.
  2. 2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat; drain.
  3. 3. Mix the flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Stir in the eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla to form a batter. Add the sausage and stir. Pour into the preheated 8x13 baking dish.
  4. 4. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Allow to cool 10 minutes beforre cutting to serve.
  5. 5. Top with buter and syrup.
