  1. Boil water and add the shells, let them cook.
  2. While the shells are cooking, start frying the hambager meat and oinion, drain it, add the diced jalapenos and the cream cheese. Mix these items well. (if you are going to add the taco seasing, it usually tells after cooking the meat to drain, add 3/4 cup water with the seasning and mix)
  3. When the shells are done drain them and run cold water over them. If you do not do this then you will burn yourself while stuffing the shells! (I know)
  4. Stuff the shells and put them lined next to each other in a baking dish. I use my 9x13, you can use what you want though.
  5. When you have finished stuffing all of your shells and placing them in the dish, pour the pasta sauce over it. Then sprinke your cheese all over it.
  6. Place it in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes and you are good to go!
  7. To go with this I make refried beans. Sometimes I make some spanish rice. All that is up to you...
