"A very hearty pasta dish. It has a lot of vegtables along with ground beef and spaghetti. I created this dish several years ago, combining the best of different past dishes. This is one of my family's favorite meals."

  1. Dice onion and brown with ground beef and minced garlic cloves in large skillet.
  2. Place ground beef mixture into a large pot. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatos to beef mixture. Turn stove on to medium heat and cover pot.
  3. Stir frequently so it does not burn to the bottom of the pot.
  4. Skin carrots and dice them up first and put into the pot. (They need to go in first to give them plenty of time to soften up.)
  5. In a separate pot bring spaghetti to a boil.
  6. Chop up the rest of the vegetables and add them to the ground beef pot.
  7. Add all seasoning.
  8. Once vegtables are tender and spaghetti is fully cooked add spaghetti to grounf beef and vegetable mixture and serve.
