*First you must get your freezer container (this container is approx 4-5 cm high and about 35-40 cm long by about 15-20 wide with a air tight lid) line it with your glad wrap so that it hangs about 7cm over each side.
Once you have done that you place your biscuits in the bottom of your container so they cover the bottom in one layer ( make sure you keep note which way you put these biscuits as the biscuits must go the same way on the top).
In a metal bowl place your cream, condensed milk and vanilla, then with your electric beater mix until your cream mix is med-hard peaks (NOTE This will take awhile about 10-15mins it will take a lot longer to do by hand). Once this is done pour your mix on to your biscuits in your container. You will need to melt your caramel so that it is easy to swirl, you will have to wait for the caramel to slightly cool, once it has you spoon the caramel over the cream mix and swirl with a knife till its swirled through being carful not to mix it through fully.
once this is done place your layer of biscuits on top and lightly push down. Bring then glad wrap and over your biscuits and place the lid on top. Place in the freeze for about 5-6 hour for best freeze over night it best.
When your ready to serve cut along the biscuits so that you have a biscuit on the bottom and the top...and injoy..
NOTE: You can replace the caramel with any flavour you like. If you would like something like MM's or choped up bites of mars bars in it, mix it through the cream mixture before you place it over your biscuits, if you would like put a swirl through when you have the bites in it you just do it once the mixture is in the container.
