  1. Brown up sausage over medium heat and break up pieces into 1/4 inch sections.
  2. Add onion and peppers stir untill softened
  3. beat eggs and add tomato, salt and pepper to mixing bowl
  4. slowly add this mixture to the cooking sausage and pepper mix
  5. stir untill eggs are soft scrambled
  6. spinkle cheese over concoction and let melt
  7. Plate and enjoy
