  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, eggs, oil, and cocoa in a mixer.
  3. Add one cup of boiling water.
  4. Continue mixing.
  5. Add the second cup of boiling water and continue mixing.
  6. Add the third cup of boiling water by hand, beating until smooth.
  7. The batter will be very thin.
  8. Pour into an ungreased pan.
  9. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
  10. Add favorite frosting!
