Marinate the Flat Iron steaks in the Italian dressing for about 2 hours. The longer the better. Grill steaks on Medium low heat until done to your prefrance. About 5 mins on each side for med-well. Let the meat stand while you prepare the rest in order to preserve the tenderness and juice of the meat. Chop lettuce and add to four bowls, add drained corn, then add sunflower seeds, then bacon bits, and then pepper jack cheese. Slice steak into thin strips and add to the top of the salads. This is the perfect layered salad!
