  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 degrees F.
  2. TRIM SILVER SKIN OR CONNECTIVE TISSUE OFF TENDERLOINS WITH A VERY SHARP KNIFE.
  3. PLACE TENDERLOINS ON A NON-STICK BAKING SHEET WITH RIM.
  4. COAT TENDERLOINS IN BALSAMIC VINEGAR, RUBBING INTO MEAT.
  5. DRIZZLE TENDERLOINS WITH OLIVE OIL, JUST ENOUGH TO COAT.
  6. CUT SMALL SLITS ALL OVER THE TENDERLOIN AND STUFF WITH SLIVERED GARLIC.
  7. COMBINE STEAK SEASONING BLEND OR COARSE SALT AND CRACKED BLACK PEPPER WITH ROSEMARY AND THYME. RUB MEAT WITH BLEND.
  8. ROAST IN HOT OVEN (OR Bbq) FOR 20 MINUTES.
  9. LET MEAT REST, TRANSFER TO A CARVING BOARD, SLICE AND SERVE.
