  1. Boil potatoes until done, drain.
  2. Mash potatoes with 2 tbsp butter, cream cheese, sour cream, and salt & pepper to taste.
  3. Place in 2 quart casserole dish (coated in cooking spray).
  4. Dot top with additional butter and sprinkle paprika.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, uncovered
