  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Allow mac and cheese to thaw in the fridge overnight. Empty thawed mac and cheese into bowl and stir in 6oz evaporated milk and 1 cup of shredded cheese. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour mixture back into pan and top with remaining cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  4. Enjoy!
