  1. Start to cook the rice.
  2. With your hands mush togather the ground beef, the egg, the onion, and a pinch of salt and pepper. This is really fun and kids love to do this!
  3. Then roll the mixture into about one inch balls and place in a hot pan with just enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pan.
  4. Let the meat fry untill golden brown and cooked throughout.
  5. In the same pan with the meat balls still in there add the tomato sauce, tomato soup, pinch of Basil, oregano, and parsley flakes, and garlic salt.
  6. Let simmer for ten min.
  7. Put sauce and meatballs over rice and enjoy.
