  1. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper in a large ziploc bag.
  2. Pierce chicken severl times with a fork and place checks in the bag with marinade.
  3. Marinate overnight.
  4. Preheat over to 400 degrees.
  5. Mix crushed croutons and grated parmesan together in a shallow dish.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade and coat with crouton mixture.
  7. Place chiken in greased shallow baking dish.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
