  1. divide olive oil equally into two frying pans, turn to medium heat.
  2. place chopped chicken breast into one, and onions, and green peppers into the other.
  3. When onions are half cooked add in chorizo sausage and jalapenos, continue to cook until onions are transparent.
  4. In a large pot over med-low heat, combine tomatos, olives, seasonings, cooked chicken and onion mixture, and frozen prawns.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  6. Cook Jambalaya until prawns are just pink and start to curl slightly.
  7. Serve over pasta with freshly grated parasean cheese.


Wow, they really changed my recipe before posting. Allrecipes took out most of the spices and added some new ones. I have never heard of Mexican style stewed tomatoes!!! Sad that I lost the o...
