  1. Heat a 10in. skilet.
  2. Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into the buttered skillet. When eggs start to cook, top 1/2 of it with stuffing, sprinkle with cheese and mushrooms. When cooked on one side, flip 1/2 of it on top of the other side. Cook all the way through.
  4. Cooks note: I used Stove Top's Sourdough and Wild Rice stuffing mix.
