  1. Using the biggest bowl you have (mine is a 24# stainless steel mixing bowl) mix together the olive oil, cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan, salt/pepper and spices.
  2. Add the vegetables.
  3. Drain the pasta and add it to the bowl with the mix. Toss vigorously until well blended. Serve with more parmesan.
  4. We eat ours luke warm, but is very good the next day cold.
