  1. Okay, here goes my first recipe submission.
  2. First, brown the ground beef, mixing in some salt, pepper, etc. to taste. Strain and set aside.
  3. Next, prepare eggs and milk for omelette mix, pour into medium pan...sprinkle pepper as omelette sets up...
  4. Now, add ground beef throughout omelette with onions and pickles and tomatoes and whatever extras you have. I would put at least 4 pickle slices per omelette to get the taste going.
  5. Then use generous portion of mustard & A1 Steak sauce. I put mayo on my burgers, but haven't tried here yet. I also rarely use ketchup...salsa instead...much better on burgers...and omelettes!
  6. Cover everything with pieces of cheese, sliced, shredded, whatever you have or like.
  7. Fold over omelette and add cheese on the top.
  8. Wait for cheese to melt and your CHEESEBURGER Omelette should be ready to impress.
  9. Also, you can use Turkey Burger for a leaner breakfast. I also use eggbeaters from time to time for a healthier meal.
  10. Basically, I think you can probably put anything you normally have on a cheeseburger in the omelette...except for lettuce. I wouldn't try the lettuce.
  11. I had a Cheeseburger pizza with mustard and pickles that was phenomenal and i recently decided to try this. I've cooked it three times now and everyone loves it! Enjoy! And remember, if you like mustard and pickles, put them in there...TRUST ME! It makes the omelette!
