The BEST strawberry muffins ever!


"After tinkering around, I cam e up with this recipe. It moist, buttery and delicious. A perfect treat for a Sunday morning. If strawberies are out of season, you can use frozen, but make ysure you thaw them out and drain them so the muffins don't get mushy."

  1. 1.) stir butter and sugars with a wooden spoon until there are nono clumps and it is smooth
  2. 2.) add eggs, 1 at a time, an then add the milk and mix until smooth.
  3. 3.) in a SEPARATE bowl, stir flour, salt, and baking powder together.
  4. 4.) slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet.
  5. 5.) add the strawberries.
  6. 6.) line a 12 muffin pan with liners and scoop even amounts of batter inside. should fit 12 muffins exactly
  7. 7.) Put muffins in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake from 20-25 minutes
  8. variations: you can put a hershey kiss for a small spoonful of raspberry or strawberry jam in the center for a little surprise. you can also add a sprinkling of sugar on the top, for a little crunch.
