  1. Add 1 cup water to 1/2cup of bismati rice, bring to boil, cook Med-low for 15 min.
  2. Turn off heat and let set for 10 min.
  3. While rice is cooking, slice vegetables,cook with oil until tender.
  4. Stir Often.
  5. Once vegetables are cooked, add spices, and chicken broth, and cooked rice.
