"This is a great recipe to make a wholesome meal from scratch including the crust. My mom would make quiche growing up almost every other day. It is excellent for dinner and can be breakfast, brunch, or lunch as well....great family dish."

Use hands to form into a rough ball and with added flour for rolling, roll into 1/4 inch this pie crust. Lift up using a spatula to help and place in a lightly greased pie dish. Press and spread around evenly and set aside.
