  1. Using a food processor or blender, grind 3/4 of the oatmeal. Add cottage cheese and blend again.
  2. Add in remaining oats, egg whites, vanilla, ground cinnamon, allspice and return to food processor and combine. Add milk to obtain proper consistency (will vary depending on amount of oats) and stir.
  3. Pour silver dollar sized pancakes greased griddle over medium heat and cook until done.
  4. Serve with syrup (sugar free if you want to keep them low-carb) or fresh fruit.
