  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, mix beef, egg, ketchup, soup mix and breadcrumbs.
  3. Add a few drops of tabasco (optional)
  4. Split meat mixture in half, evenly.
  5. Drizzle a little extra ketchup on the bottom of your meatloaf pan.
  6. Shape one half of meat and place into pan.
  7. Layer the cheese evenly on top of meat.
  8. Shape other half of meat and lay on top.
  9. Drizzle a little bit of ketchup on top layer.
  10. Bake one hour to one and a quarter hours.
