  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Beat in vanilla and eggs. Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt alternately with milk.
  3. Using flour and sugar so dough does not stick, roll to 1/2 inch thick, cut out and bake using parchment paper for 7 - 9 minutes.
  4. Frost with royal icing and enjoy!
