  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chicken: Fry chicken in water or butter until completely cooked. Cut into cubes.
  3. Cream Cheese: Microwave cream cheese till soft. Add cheddar, seasoning and chicken.
  4. Lay croissant dough flat and put about 1-2 Tbsp of cream cheese chicken mix on dough. Roll up; make sure there aren’t any holes for the cream cheese to melt out of. Place in the oven until lightly browned on the top, usually 10-17 minutes depending on your oven.
