  1. 1.Preheat broiler
  2. 2.Cut french baguette into 1/3 inch thick slices. Place them on a cookie sheet. Mix Olive oil and italian seasoning in a small bowl. Lightly brush the olive oil and seasoning mixture over the tops of the baguette slices. Place in the oven under the broiler for 2 minutes or until the tops are just golden brown.
  3. 3.Remove from the oven. Spread mayo or miricle whip lightly over each slice. Top with diced tomatoes,chopped onion,chopped pineapple,chopped pepper rings,provolone cheese and finally mozzarella cheese.
  4. 4.Place in the oven under the broiler for 2 minutes or until the cheese is lightly brown and bubbly.
