  1. Trim several pieces fat from edge of each chop. In 12" skillet, over med-high heat, lighty brown fat; rub fat over bottom of skillet, discard fat.
  2. Cook pork chops over med-high heat until well browned on both sides. Add next four ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer about 35 min, turning once.
  3. In 1-qt saucepan, cook sauce ingredients until thickened, stirring. Add orange slices and liqueur and keep warm.
  4. To serve, top chops with sauce and an orange slice.
