  1. Place eggs and onions in a 1 litre pickle jar.
  2. Bring water, vinegar, salt, sugar, and pickling spice to a boil. Continue to boil for 8 min.
  3. Add lemon juice, let cool.
  4. Pour brine over eggs and onions.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 days.
