  1. slice tortillas into wedge shaped quarters.
  2. in a small bowl microwave garlic butter for 20 seconds, OR combine oil & garlic.
  3. dip tortilla slices into garlic mixture one at a time and lay onto a preheated (medium heat) frying pan. let cook 2-4 minutes on each side. Bubbles will appear on the top side of tortilla when the opposite side is well cooked.
  4. arrange the crispy garlic wedges around individual plates of salad or pasta, or arrange a bowl of wedges to place as a centerpiece.
