"These are candy-coated marshmallows on skewers "dressed" to look like snowmen. I've given these as gifts and included them in food gift baskets. A lot of fun for kids to make & eat!"

  1. Place 3 large marshmallows on the pointed end of each skewer leaving about a 1/4 inch of the tip of the skewer point showing (this will be used to attach the peanut butter cup "hats" later).
  2. Melt the package of bark according to package directions. (It's helpful to set the bowl of melted bark in another bowl of boiling water to keep it soft while you're coating the marshmallows.)
  3. Coat each "snowman" body (marshmallows) in the bark and immediately add eyes (mini chocolate chips), nose (orange candy-coated chocolate piece) and buttons (red, green, blue and yellow candy-coated chocolate pieces) then lay on wax paper to cool.
  4. Unwrap the flavored chewy candy rolls and set 4 on a small plate. Microwave for 6-8 seconds to soften, then use hands to roll/shape each into a scarf. Continue doing batches of 4 until all snowmen have scarves.
  5. Unwrap the peanut butter cups and gently twist one upside-down on each point of every skewer making a "hat" for each snowmen.
