  1. Thaw salmon either overnight in the fridge or microwave for 1 minute. Drain excess water. Cut fish into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Mix together Chilli powder, tumeric powder & salt. Add the cut salmon cubes, toss them gently to coat and marinate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cornstarch to the marinated fish and toss gently.
  4. When oil is hot place the salmon cubes. Fry each side for about a minute or until fully cooked and the sides are a golden brown.This can be made on an electronic skillet too.
  5. Serve with Masala Chai or eat with a Salad.
  6. You can try this recipe with any white fish - Cod, Haddock, pollock.
