  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Chicken:
  3. Flatten chicken with knife or meat tenderizer.
  4. Dredge chicken in bread crumbs.
  5. Lay breasts flat and top each with cheese and ham.
  6. Roll, keeping ham and cheese inside, and secure with toothpicks.
  7. Mix butter and wine in a baking dish, place chicken on top.
  8. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  9. In the meantime, begin preparing the sauce (see below).
  10. Remove the foil and bake another 15 minutes.
  11. Top with sauce.
  12. Sauce: Melt butter in a small pot at medium heat.
  13. After butter has melted, add milk, wine, salt, shredded cheese, and parsley.
  14. Add flour slowly as needed to thicken.
