  1. Peel and chop onion and fennel.
  2. In a saucepan sautee the onion and fennel in the oil until tender.
  3. Add the broth and the star anisseeds. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add wine and continue to cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
  5. Turn off heat and remove star aniseeds from soup.
  6. Add tangerine juice from can and puree the soup.
  7. Add tangerines.
  8. Pour in bowls and put one spoonful of sour cream in the middle of each bowl. Serve immediately.
