  1. Saute ground beef in skillet until browned
  2. Remove from heat and lightly drain ground beef, leaving some of the meat juice
  3. Finely mince ground beef - I use a food processor
  4. Place ground beef into sauce pan
  5. Add chili sauce and French's Chili-O seasoning
  6. Heat through, adding water for desired consistency
  7. Serve as topping for hot dogs and hamburgers
