Cook macaroni until done, drain. Cook onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender. Blend in flour, add milk and cook over low flame until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken soup. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Garnish with almonds and pimentoes or french fried onions or cheese. Bake at 350 for one hour or until done.
