  1. Combine cream cheese and dressing mix completely. Seperate into 2 or 3 sections (depeding on size needed) and chill until firm.
  2. Using plastic wrap to help with the mess, form each section into a disk.
  3. Lightly press the disks, both front and back, into the pepper.
  4. Wrap each disk in plastic wrap and allow to sit for several hours or overnight. Allow disk to soften to room temperature again before serving with an assortment of crackers or vegetables.
