  1. Prepare steak rub by mixing mustard powder, salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place steak on cutting board, rub above ingredients into the steak on both sides. Let it sit for ten minutes before placing on a hot grill, cook to desired done-ness.
  3. Meanwhile, mix the mayo, honey, dijon mustard, red wine vinegar, olive and black pepper in a bowl. Adjust ingredients to taste.
  4. Once the steak is done, slice it thin and serve drizzled with the honey mustard. Enjoy!
