Bacon Wrapped Jalepenos

"Whole, gutted jalepeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in a slice of bacon, and baked! Sooooo good, your mouth will be burning and you'll still want more! Just make sure you wear fingers were burning for 2 days!"

  1. Put the cream cheese on the counter to soften.
  2. Pre-heat oven to 375
  3. Make a slice from one end of the top of the pepper to the other, leaving a hinge on the bottom.
  4. Make a slice lengthwise down the pepper, starting from the middle of the slice you just made on the top.
  5. Take a small, sharp knife and de-rib/seed the inside of the peppers. WATCH OUT FOR THOSE HINGES!
  6. I usually run the se-seeded peppers under water to ensure all the seeds are out.
  7. Take a small spoon and stuff the peppers w/ the cream cheese- Don't stuff them too full, as the cream cheese expands when cooked!
  8. Use a slice of bacon for each pepper, and wrap each one.
  9. Place on a baking pan, with the bacon end on the bottom so it doesn't unroll while cooking.
  10. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until peppers are soft.
  11. Enjoy!
